What are the main structures of the orchard trailed/suspended air sprayer?

Both the suspension type and the traction type are sprayers without their own power, which are mainly divided into a power input part and a spray part. The spray part includes medicine box, axial flow fan, triplex plunger pump/four-cylinder diaphragm pump, pressure regulating and distribution valve, filter, suction valve, and nozzle nozzle; the power input part is drive shaft, gearbox and belt.

1) Medicine chest:

Most of the liquid medicine boxes are made of engineering materials or FRP materials. Generally, a jet stirring device is installed at the bottom of the medicine box. The liquid medicine is stirred by the high pressure return flow of the medicine pump, so as to avoid the liquid medicine from precipitation and make the medicine liquid in a turbid state. 

2) Axial flow fan

Axial flow fan can be said to be the core working part of the sprayer, and its performance directly affects the atomization effect and quality. The fan is mainly composed of impeller, blade, wind deflector, fan casing and fan cover. The diameter of the impeller is 800 mm, and it is equipped with plastic blades and air guide channels to ensure the entry and output of airflow, so as to improve the efficiency of the fan.

3) Triplex plunger pump

The plunger pump is driven by the V-belt pulley, driven by the tractor power output shaft and the gearbox, and driven by the belt to drive the medicine pump to inhale and discharge the medicine.
